摘 要:目的针对移动医疗在心脏运动康复领域应用的研究进行范围审查,识别干预要素及应用现状。方法按照范围综述方法框架,计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方医学网数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中2015年1月1日至2021年9月30日的中英文文献,对文献进行提取,收集并总结。结果共检索文献1597篇,经筛选,共纳入13篇文献。基于移动医疗的可穿戴设备主要有心率监测手表、心率胸带、便携式心电监护仪、加速度和计步器;配套应用程序所含的行为改变技术包括设定特定计划、设置分级任务、提供行为反馈、自我行为监控、提供说明指导或健康行为信息、跟进提示、动机访谈和社会支持。结论基于移动医疗的心脏运动康复相比传统康复模式更具优势,但可穿戴设备及配套应用程序的研发、可用性和有效性评价尚存在不足,未来仍需要更多的循证实践。Objective To identify the core components and application of mobile health(mHealth)in the field of cardiac exercise rehabilitation,and identify the intervention elements and application status.Methods The Chinese and English literature in the databases of PubMed,EMBASE,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,China knowledge network,Wanfang medical network database and China biomedical literature database from January 1,2015 to September 30,2021 were searched,extracted,collected and summarized.Results A total of 1597 articles were retrieved and 13 articles were included.Wearable devices used in mHealth mainly included heart rate detection watches and chest straps,portable ECG monitors,accelerometers and pedometers.The behavior changes techniques involved in the companion app included setting a specific plan,setting graded tasks,providing behavioral feedback,self-monitoring behavior,providing explanatory guidance or information on healthy behavior,following up on prompts,motivational interviewing,and social support.Conclusions The mHealth-based cardiac exercise rehabilitation has advantages over traditional rehabilitation models.However,there are still limitations in the development,usability and effectiveness evaluation of wearable devices and accompanying apps.More evidence-based practice is needed in the future.
