摘　　要：目的系统评价虚拟现实技术在肢体功能障碍患者居家康复中的应用效果。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于虚拟现实技术应用于居家康复的随机对照研究,对所纳入文献的数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10项研究,计664例患者。与常规康复方式相比,虚拟现实康复在改善患者生活质量、日常生活活动能力、疼痛等方面,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),但大多数患者对虚拟现实康复方式感到满意。结论虚拟现实康复在改善肢体功能障碍患者生活质量、日常生活活动能力、疼痛等方面并不比常规康复方式更有效,未来仍需更多高质量的研究来证实这些结果。Objective To systematically review the application effect of virtual reality technology in home rehabilitation of patients with limb dysfunction.Methods The randomized controlled studies on the application of virtual reality technology in home rehabilitation in the Cochrane Library,web of science,PubMed,EMBASE,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and China biomedical literature database were searched,and the data of the included literature were Meta-analyzed.Results Finally,10 studies with 664 patients were included.Compared with conventional rehabilitation,virtual reality rehabilitation had no significant difference in improving patients’quality of life,activities of daily living and pain(all P>0.05),but most patients were satisfied with virtual reality rehabilitation.Conclusions Virtual reality rehabilitation was not more effective than conventional rehabilitation methods in improving the quality of life,activities of daily living and pain in patients with limb dysfunction.Further high-quality studies are needed to confirm these results.
