摘 要:以α-Al_(2)O_(3)(d_(50)=637 nm)和m-ZrO_(2)(d_(50)=630 nm)为原料,采用喷雾造粒法制备出具有高比表面能的近球形ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合粉体,再以CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2)为烧结助剂,甘油和PVA作为分散剂和塑化剂,通过等静压成型和固态粒子烧结法制备ZrO_(2)增韧Al_(2)O_(3)(ZTA)复相陶瓷。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和电子显微镜(SEM)分析手段对ZTA复相陶瓷进行物相分析和显微结构表征,并对其相对密度、抗弯强度、硬度进行探究。结果表明:当烧结温度为1550℃,成型压力为300 MPa,ZrO_(2)添加量为22 wt.%时,相对密度为96.1%,抗弯强度为376.64 MPa,硬度(HRA)为87.56。相较传统氧化铝陶瓷而言抗弯强度增强了29.7%,综合性能最佳。In this paper,a nearly spherical ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) complex powder with high specific surface energy was prepared to reduce the sintering temperature of Zirconia Toughened Alumina(ZTA)complex phase ceramic material and obtain the fine crystal structure.ZTA compound phase ceramics were prepared by isostatic molding and solid-state particle sintering fromα-Al_(2)O_(3)(d_(50)=637 nm)and m-ZrO_(2)(d_(50)=630 nm)with CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2) as sintering aid,glycerol and PVA as dispersant and plasticizer.Material phase analysis and microstructure characterization of ZTA complex phase ceramics by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,and their relative density,bending strength and hardness were explored.When the sintering temperature is 1550℃,the forming pressure is 300 MPa and the ZrO_(2)addition amount is 22 wt.%,the relative density is 96.1%,the bending strength is 376.64 MPa,and the hardness(HRA)is 87.56.The bending strength increased by 29.7%compared with traditional alumina ceramics,got the best comprehensive performance.
