摘  要:针对板栗人工去壳费时费力的弊端,基于三维设计方法设计了一款挤压旋转切削式板栗去壳机,并且基于Creo软件对去壳机中的关键零部件转盘和刀具进行了优化设计和仿真分析;优化后转盘工作时的最大应力降低了22.3%,刀具工作时的最大应力降低了50%;根据优化设计结果制作了板栗去壳机实验样机,并进行了板栗去壳实验,验证了该板栗去壳机能较好地对板栗进行去壳,能为其他坚果去壳设备设计提供理论和实验参考。Aiming at the inconvenience of artificial chestnut hulling,an extruding rotary cutting chestnut hulling machine was designed based on 3D design method.Based on Creo software,optimization design and simulation analysis were carried out on the turntable and cutting tool as the key parts in the sheller.After optimization,the maximum stress of the rotary table decreased by 22.3%,and the maximum stress during tool operation was reduced by 50%.According to the optimized design results,an experimental prototype of chestnut sheller was made.The experiment of chestnut shell removal was performed.It was verified that the function of chestnut sheller is better to complete chestnut shelling.It can provide theoretical and experimental reference for other nut hulling equipment design.
