摘  要:采用3 dB耦合器将微环谐振器相互耦合,设计出一种新型的串联微环车比雪夫滤波器。与传统串联、并联微环滤波器结构相比,在相邻两个微环间设置了一个耦合角度,从而控制光信号在微环谐振器中的增益,通过调节环间耦合器的耦合系数,设计出一种输出光谱顶部平坦的微环滤波器。采用GaInAsP/InP材料设计微环,能够很好地利用该材料在1.55μm处低色散的特点。数值模拟表明:耦合系数的偏差率越大,通带的平坦性越差;环间耦合系数增大,通带的带宽加宽;微环与直波导间耦合系数的增大,通带由三个尖锐的谐振峰逐渐过渡为单一的谐振峰。A novel series coupled micro-ring Chebysev filter was designed by coupling micro-ring resonators with a 3 dB coupler.Compared with the traditional series and parallel micro-ring filter structure,a coupling angle was set between two adjacent micro-rings to control the gain of optical signal in the micro-ring resonator.By adjusting the coupling coefficient of the interring couplers,a micro-ring filter with flat top of output spectrum was designed.GaInAsP/InP material was used to design the micro-ring,which can make good use of the low dispersion in place of the material.Numerical simulation show that the flatness of the passband is worse when the deviation rate of coupling coefficient increases,and the passband bandwidth increases when interring coupling coefficient increases.With the increase of the coupling coefficient between the micro-ring and the straight waveguide,the passband gradually changes from three sharp resonant peaks to a single resonant peak.
