摘　　要：不孕不育已成为全球关注的问题,其中女性不孕已受到广泛重视,而针对男性不育的研究相对较少。本文综述了与健康行为相关的男性不育症的影响因素和男性不育症健康管理的研究现状,对现有的健康管理理论模式、应用的新策略进行总结,根据国内研究现状,建议构建一套集患者个性化管理、疾病专科性管理和夫妻互动式管理为一体的不育症患者健康管理模式,以期帮助不育症患者及家庭改善不孕不育的现状,促进我国人口结构的优化,巩固全面建成小康社会,达到人与自然和谐共生的目标。Infertility has become an issue of global concern,among which female infertility has received extensive attention,while the researches on male infertility were relatively rare.This paper reviewed the influencing factors of male infertility related to healthy behaviors,the research status of male infertility health management,the existing theoretical models of health management,and new strategies for its application.A health management model was to be constructed for infertility patients to integrate individualized patient management,disease specialist management,interactive management between couple.This model could help infertile patients and their families improve the status quo of infertility,promote the optimization of China′s population structure,consolidate the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
