固肾安胎丸辅助泼尼松及阿司匹林治疗复发性流产的效果及对辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞失衡的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨固肾安胎丸辅助泼尼松及阿司匹林治疗复发性流产的效果及对辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)失衡的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月保定市第一中心医院接诊的120例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,给予阿司匹林+泼尼松治疗)、对照A组(n=30,给予固肾安胎丸+泼尼松治疗)、对照B组(n=30,给予固肾安胎丸+阿司匹林治疗)、观察组(n=30,给予固肾安胎丸+泼尼松+阿司匹林治疗)。分别治疗3个月后,比较各组性激素水平、凝血功能及Th17/Treg变化,并比较各组疗效。结果各组治疗后血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平较治疗前降低,血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平升高;与对照组、对照A组、对照B组比较,观察组治疗后血清HCG水平降低,血清E_(2)及P水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平较治疗前升高,Th17/Treg降低;与对照组、对照A组、对照B组比较,观察组治疗后血清APTT、PT水平升高,Th17/Treg降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),显著高于对照组的50.00%(15/30)、对照A组的53.33%(16/30)及对照B组的60.00%(18/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸辅助泼尼松及阿司匹林治疗复发性流产效果显著,能改善患者的凝血功能、性激素水平及纠正Th17/Treg的失衡。Objective To investigate the effect of prednisone and aspirin assisted by Gushen Antai Pill in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage and its effect on the imbalance of helper T cells 17(Th17)/regulatory T cells(Treg).Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent miscarriage admitted to Baoding First Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=30,given aspirin+prednisone treatment),control group A(n=30,given Gushen Antai Pill+prednisone treatment),control group B(n=30,given Gushen Antai Pill+aspirin treatment),observation group(n=30,given Gushen Antai Pill+prednisone+aspirin)according to the random number table method.After 3 months of treatment,the changes of sex hormone level,coagulation function and Th17/Treg changes,and the efficacy of each group were compared.Results After treatment,serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels in each group were lower than those before treatment,and serum estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)levels were increased;after treatment,the serum HCG level in the observation group decreased,while the serum E_(2) and P levels increased compared with the control group,the control group A and the control group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in each group increased compared with those before treatment,and Th17/Treg decreased;compared with the control group,the control group A,and the control group B,the serum APTT and PT levels in the observation group increased after treatment,and Th17/Treg decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than 50.00%(15/30)of the control group,53.33%(16/30)of the control group A and 60.00%(18/30)of the control group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Gushen Antai Pill combined with prednisone and
