武汉市真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎发病率调查及阴道分泌物检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的调查真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎的发病率,并分析阴道分泌物检查结果。方法选取1023例进行阴道分泌物检查的女性,统计真菌、滴虫的检出率及阴道分泌物白细胞检查结果、阴道清洁度。分析年龄与真菌、滴虫的检出率及白细胞检查结果、阴道清洁度的关系。结果真菌的检出率为9.29%,滴虫的检出率为1.27%。40~49岁、30~39岁、20~29岁受检者的真菌检出率较高,<20岁及≥50岁受检者的真菌检出率较低。40~49岁受检者的滴虫检出率最高,其次为≥50岁、30~39岁、20~29岁受检者,<20岁受检者的滴虫检出率最低。阴道分泌物白细胞阴性率为23.66%,白细胞(+)(++)(+++)(++++)的检出率分别为47.70%、20.33%、7.62%、0.68%。<20岁受检者的阴道分泌物白细胞的检出率较低,20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、≥50岁受检者的阴道分泌物白细胞的检出率较高。阴道清洁度Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度的比例分别为48.58%、39.98%、10.75%、0.68%,年龄越大,阴道清洁度越差。真菌、滴虫的检出率与白细胞计数、阴道清洁度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎与年龄、阴道分泌物白细胞检查结果、阴道清洁度有一定关联。Objective To investigate the incidence rates of fungal vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis and the vaginal secretion test results.Methods 1,023 women who received vaginal secretion test were selected.The detection rates of fungi and trichomonas,white blood cell test results of vaginal secretion and vaginal cleanliness were statistically analyzed.The relationships of age with the detection rates of fungi and trichomoniasis,white blood cell test results and vaginal cleanliness were analyzed.Results The detection rates of fungi and trichomonas were 9.29%and 1.27%,respectively.The detection rate of fungi was higher in subjects aged 40-49,30-39 and 20-29,and was the lowest in subjects aged<20 and aged≥50.The detection rate of trichomonas was the highest in subjects aged 40-49,followed by subjects aged≥50,30-39 and 20-29,and the lowest in subjects aged<20.The negative rate of white blood cells in vaginal secretions was 23.66%.The detection rates of white blood cell(+)(++)(+++)(++++)were 47.70%,20.33%,7.62%and 0.68%,respectively.The detection rate of white blood cells was lower in in subjects aged<20,and was higher in subjects aged 20-29,30-39,40-49 and 50-59.The proportions of gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣvaginal cleanliness were 48.58%,39.98%,10.75%and 0.68%,respectively.The larger the age,the worse the vaginal cleanliness.The detection rates of fungi and trichomoniasis were positively correlated with white blood cell count and vaginal cleanliness(P<0.05).Conclusions Fungal vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis are related to age,vaginal secretion white blood cell test results and vaginal cleanliness.
