摘　　要：目的了解不孕症患者病耻感与生育相关压力现状,探讨二者的相关性及其相关影响因素。方法选取2020年12月至2021年3月兰州大学第一医院生殖医学中心诊治的275例不孕症患者作为研究对象。采用基线资料调查表、不孕症病耻感量表、生育压力量表对研究对象进行调查,分析调查结果。结果不孕症患者病耻感总分为(72.32±17.28)分,生育压力总分为(161.00±21.62)分。不同年龄、居住地、自我重视生育程度、家人重视生育程度、就诊方式、居住方式的不孕症患者的病耻感得分及生育压力得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,除无孩子父母方式外,不孕症患者病耻感各维度得分与生育压力各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不孕症患者病耻感和生育压力均处于中等水平且两者呈正相关,可通过改善病耻感降低患者的生育压力。护理人员可以对患者自身、家庭成员、周围人群等进行疾病宣教,发展以“家庭”为单位的心理干预模式,加大不孕症社会宣传性,使不孕症患者获得更多的社会支持,以降低和改善其病耻感,减轻生育压力。Objective To understand the situation of stigma and fertility related stress in infertility patients,and to explore the correlation between them and related influencing factors.Methods A total of 275 infertility patients diagnosed and treated in the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from December 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.Baseline data questionnaire,infertility stigma scale and fertility stress scale were used to investigate the subjects,and the survey results were analyzed.Results The total score of stigma in infertility patients was(72.32±17.28)score.The total score of fertility stress was(161.00±21.62)score.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of stigma and fertility stress among infertility patients with different ages,places of residence,self-emphasis on fertility,family emphasis on fertility,treatment methods and living styles(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that except for the way of childless parents,the scores of stigma in infertility patients were positively correlated with the scores of fertility stress(P<0.05).Conclusions Both stigma and fertility stress of infertility patients are at a moderate level and they are positively correlated.Fertility stress of infertility patients can be reduced by reducing stigma.Nurses can educate patients,family members and people around them about the disease,develop a psychological intervention model based on"family",increase the social publicity of infertility,and make infertility patients get more social support,so as to reduce their sense of stigma and the childbearing pressure.
