摘  要:目的:构建基于知信行模式的客观的、实用的工作能力评价体系,为管理者制定实施社区工作绩效考核提供参考依据。方法:基于知信行模式的理论基础,采用半结构访谈法、德尔菲法(Delphi)专家咨询法和层次分析法(AHP)建立社区护理能力工作评价指标体系及指标权重。结果:在两轮咨询中,专家的积极程度即问卷的回收率和有效率均为100%,权威系数分别为0.914和0.876,两轮指标的变异系数(CV)<0.2的条目占比分别为80.0%和93.1%,肯德尔(Kendall)和谐系数(W)分别为0.175和0.194,各级指标间的克朗巴赫系数(Crolbach’s α)均>0.70,最终构建出一级指标为知识、信念、行为,权重系数分别为0.319 7、0.241 8、0.438 5,二级评价指标25项的指标体系。结论:本研究构建的社区护理工作能力评价指标体系具有较高的客观性、信度和效度,可作为社区护理工作能力评价和绩效评价的参考依据。Objective: To establish a practical evaluation index system of community nursing ability, to provide basis for nursing managers laying assessment criteria. Methods: The community nursing ability evaluation index system based on KAP theory were formulated by semi-structured interviews and Delphi methods. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to calculate the index weight. Results: In two rounds of experts consultation, the effective returning rate were 100.0%, and the authority coefficients were0.914 and 0.876, the proportion of indexes(CV) <0.2 were 80.0% and 93.1%, and Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.175and 0.194, the value of Cronbach’s α among different indexes of each grade were all>0.7. Finally, an index system is constructed with the first-level indicators as knowledge, belief, and behavior, with weight coefficients of 0.319 7, 0.241 8, 0.438 5, and 25second-level evaluation indicators. Conclusion: The community nursing work ability evaluation index system constructed in this study has high objectivity, reliability and validity, and can be used as a reference for community nursing work ability evaluation and performance evaluation.
