摘 要:对比了机械法、高温法、喷射法、激光法和化学法这5种脱漆方法的优缺点,最终选择采用化学法脱除军工电子产品表面的有机漆膜,研究了不同因素对脱漆效率的影响。结果表明,无论是采用整体浸泡还是局部涂刷脱漆剂的方式,都能有效脱除有机漆膜,并且脱漆剂可重复使用,不会腐蚀导电氧化膜和金属基体。The advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of methods for removal of coatings i.e.mechanical method,high temperature method,jetting,laser irradiation,and chemical method were compared.The chemical method was selected to remove the organic coating from the surface of military electronic product.Some factors affecting the removal efficiency were studied.The results showed the organic coating could be effectively removed whether it was overall immersed in paint stripper or brushed with paint stripper partially.The paint stripper could be reused and had no corrosivity to conductive oxide film or metal substrate.
