摘 要:目的:调查黑龙江省牡丹江市林区人群蜱传脑炎病毒抗体水平,并对有免疫史人群进行加强免疫效果评价。方法:调查350名0~60岁林区生活人群,于2019年3月采集首份血液样本,选择初次采血后2个月内接种森林脑炎疫苗的人群采集疫共免后血清,共成功采集360份。使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,检测血清中蜱传脑炎病毒IgG抗体。结果:调查的350人中56.3%有既往免疫史,主要集中在成年人。40.0%的调查对象抗体呈阳性,GMC为290.2 U/mL。本次加强免疫后抗体阳转率77.8%。结论:牡丹江林区人群抗体阳性率较高,蜱传脑炎流行风险可控。Objective: To investigate tick-borne encephalitis antibody levels in forest area of Mudanjiang so as to provide reference for disease prevention and control. Methods: A survey of 350 people aged 0-60 living in forest areas was conducted. The first blood samples were collected in March 2019. A total of 360results were collected from people who were vaccinated wifh forest brain vaccine within 2 months after the initial blood collection. IgG antibodies to tick-borne encephalitis virus in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: Of the 350 people surveyed, 56.3% had a history of previous immunization, mainly in adults. 40.0% of the survey subjects were positive for antibodies, and the GMC was 290.2 U/mL. The antibody positive conversion rate after this booster immunization was 77.8%. Conclusion: The positive rate of antibodies in the population of Mudanjiang forest area is relatively high, and the epidemic risk of tick-borne encephalitis is controllable.
