摘　　要：目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗心力衰竭合并室性早搏(HF-PVC)的效果及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年1月佳木斯大学附属第一医院收治的77例HF-PVC患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组38例、观察组39例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组加服比索洛尔治疗。比较两组患者疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、室性早搏指数(PI)、室性早搏次数、血清CRP、NT-proBNP水平及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.757,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF、PI高于对照组,室性早搏次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.771、3.493、6.893,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清CRP、NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.682、9.531,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.112,P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗HF-PVC效果确切,能够改善患者心功能,减少室性早搏次数,降低血清CRP、NT-proBNP水平,改善预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of heart failure complicated with premature ventricular contractions (HF-PVC) and its effect on serum C-reactive protein (CRP),N-Terminal proB-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels.Methods:The clinical data of 77 patients with HF-PVC admitted to the hospital from January2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group of 38 cases and observation group of 39 cases according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was additionally treated with bisoprolol.The efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),prematurity index (PI),number of premature ventricular contractions,serum CRP,NT-proBNP levels and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate (92.31%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.757,P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF and PI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of premature ventricular beats in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=4.771,3.493,6.893,P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CRP and NT-proBNP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=13.6829.531,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (χ^(2)=0.112,P>0.05)Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of HF-PVC has an exact effect,which can improve patients’cardiac function,reduce the number of premature ventricular beats,reduce serum CRP and NT-pro BNP levels,and improve prognosis.
