摘 要:目的:研究朗诵训练联合作业疗法对慢性精神分裂症住院患者康复效果。方法:选择2020年4—10月江门市第三人民医院收治的100例慢性精神分裂症住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组及作业组,每组各50例。作业组患者实施常规作业疗法康复模式,研究组患者实施朗诵训练+作业疗法康复模式。分析两组患者干预前后课堂表现以及人际交往能力、自信心、情绪变化和满意度等情况方面的差异。结果:干预后研究组患者自信心评分、课堂表现评分、满意度以及人际交往能力诊断量表(SADS)评分均高于作业组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05;t=3.282、6.610、5.454,P<0.05;χ^(2)=7.294,P<0.05;t=4.756、6.205、9.042,P<0.05)。干预后研究组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于作业组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.327、7.033、13.043、2.798、2.338、8.544,P<0.05)。结论:朗诵训练联合作业疗法可有效提高慢性精神分裂症住院患者自信心和人际交往能力,同时缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,改善满意度。Objective: To study the rehabilitation effect of recitation training combined with exercise therapy on inpatients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 100 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the study group and the exercise group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the exercise group were given the conventional occupational therapy rehabilitation model,while the patients in the study group were given the recitation training + occupational therapy rehabilitation model. The differences in classroom performance, interpersonal skills, self-confidence, emotional changes and satisfaction between the two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed. Results: After intervention, the self-confidence score, classroom performance score,satisfaction and SADS score of the study group were higher than those of the exercise group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.162, P<0.05, t=3.282, 6.610, 5.454, P<0.05, χ^(2)=7.294, P<0.05, t=4.756, 6.205, 9.042, P<0.05). After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of the study group were lower than those of the exercise group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.327, 7.033, 13.043, 2.798, 2.338, 8.544, P<0.05).Conclusion: Recitation training combined with occupational therapy can effectively improve the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia, relieve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and improve satisfaction.
