摘  要:以二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水扩链剂,将羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)作为改性剂引入水性聚氨酯侧链中,制备了一种兼备耐磨和自消光功能的水性聚氨酯(ARSMWPU),并研究了DMBA和HTPDMS用量对WPU涂层消光效果和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:随着DMBA用量的增加,WPU乳胶粒径减小,涂层消光性能降低;涂层的耐磨性与HTPDMS用量直接相关,随着HTPDMS用量从0增加至3.0%,涂层表面Si元素含量从0增加到9.26%,表面富集的有机硅链段提高了涂层润滑性,从而降低了涂层的摩擦系数,使自消光水性聚氨酯涂层表现出优异的耐磨性。A waterborne polyurethane(ARSMWPU)with abrasive resistance and selfmatting properties were prepared using 2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid(DMBA)as a hydrophilic chain extender and hydroxyalkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(HTPDMS)as a modifier.The influences of DMBA and HTPDMS amounts on abrasive resistance and self-matting properties of the WPU coating were investigated.As the results shown,with the increase of DMBA content,the particle size of WPU emulsion decreased and the self-matting performance of the coating reduced.Meanwhile,the abrasive resistance of the coating was directly associated with the HTPDMS amount.With the increase of HTPDMS content from 0 to 3.0 wt%,the silicon element content on the coating surface was increased from 0 to 9.26%.The silicone chains enriched on the surface improved the coating lubricity and reduced the friction coefficient of the coating.Thus,the waterborne polyurethane coating indicated excellent abrasive resistance and self-matting performance.
