摘  要:为了探索聚酯树脂的抗起霜性能,研究了醇酸比,原材料,工艺对聚酯树脂抗起霜性能的影响,并合成了低温固化抗起霜粉末涂料用聚酯树脂。将聚酯树脂制成粉末涂料进行喷涂固化后置于140℃烘箱内烘烤2 h,以保光率的高低来评判聚酯树脂的抗起霜性能。研究结果表明:由多元醇中乙基丁基丙二醇(BEPD)制备的聚酯树脂的抗起霜性最好;制备的低温聚酯树脂制成的粉末应用于厚工件时表面并不起霜,光泽都会高于92。In order to investigate the anti-biooming property of polyester resin,the polyester resin for low temperature curable anti-blooming powder coatings was synthesized,the effects of alkyd ratio,raw materials,resin synthesis and coating curing process were studied.The polyester resin was used to prepare powder coatings,the prepared coatings were sprayed and baked in an oven at 140℃ for 2 h.The anti-blooming property of polyester resin was evaluated by the gloss retention.As the results shown,compared with other polyols,the polyester resin prepared using BEPD indicated better anti-blooming property.The powder coatings could be applied to coating thick workpieces,the coated surface indicated excellent anti-blooming property,and the gloss retention was higher than 92%.
