摘  要:探讨了2种环氧树脂配比、固化剂类型、稀释剂种类和用量、颜基比等因素对不挥发物含量,涂膜的干燥性能,物理机械性能,耐化学品、原油和油田污水性能,长效防腐性能和施工性能的影响。研究表明:以m(双酚F环氧树脂NPEF-170)∶m(双酚A环氧树脂E-51)=2∶3为主体树脂,腰果酚缩水甘油醚占A组分质量的18%,改性脂环胺为固化剂,颜基比0.8,开发的无溶剂环氧涂料综合性能高于SY/T 0457—2019中无溶剂环氧涂料指标要求,具有优异的耐磨性(质量损耗29 mg)、附着力(17.1 MPa)、耐冲击性(8 J)、耐化学介质、长效防腐和涂装性能。The effects of the ratio of two epoxy resins,the type of curing agent,the type and amount of diluent,the pigment/binder ratio and other factors on non-volatile matter content,coating drying properties,physical and mechanical properties,resistance to chemicals,crude oil and oilfield sewage properties,long-term corrosion resistance and construction properties were investigated in this study.As the results shown,the components of the coatings were m(bisphenol F epoxy resin NPEF-170)∶m(bisphenol A epoxy resin E-51)=2∶3 as the main resin,18% cardanol glycidyl ether mass content in component A,modified alicyclic amine as curing agent,and the 0.8 pigment/binder ratio.Then,the performance of the solvent-free epoxy coatings was better than the technical index requirements of solvent-free epoxy coatings in SY/T 0457—2019.The coating indicated abrasion resistance of 29 mg,adhesion of 17.1 MPa,impact resistance of 8 J,excellent chemical resistance,long-term corrosion resistance and other properties.
