摘 要:为解决装配式建筑构件的锈蚀问题,将分散剂、防沉剂两种助剂以外掺的方式加入聚合物水泥浆液中来制备聚合物水泥基复合防腐涂料。研究了不同功能的助剂掺量对聚合物水泥基复合防腐涂料粘度、附着力、铅笔硬度、防腐性能的影响。结果表明,掺入适量的助剂能有效地改善涂料的粘度,提高涂料的附着力、防腐能力及硬度,且在分散剂掺量为0.30 wt%、防沉剂掺量为0.40 wt%时,涂料的附着力最高,达到3.37 MPa,粘度为87.29 s,硬度达到HB,防腐蚀性能也较为优异。试验可为水泥基防腐涂料的后续研制及性能提升提供一定的数据支撑。In order to solve the corrosion problem of prefabricated building components,polymer cement-based composite anti-corrosion coating was prepared by adding dispersant and anti sedimentation agent into polymer cement slurry.The effects of different functional additives on the viscosity,adhesion,pencil hardness and anti-corrosion performance of polymer cement-based composite anti-corrosion coating were studied.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of additives can effectively improve the viscosity of the coating,improve the adhesion,corrosion resistance and hardness of the coating.When the amount of dispersant is 0.30 wt%and the amount of anti sedimentation agent is 0.40 wt%,the adhesion of the coating is the highest,reaching 3.37 MPa,the viscosity is 87.29 s,the hardness is HB,and the anti-corrosion performance is also excellent.The test can provide some data support for the subsequent development and performance improvement of cement-based anti-corrosion coatings.
