摘 要:全绝缘浇注母线导体表面采用含有多种无机矿物质的复合绝缘材料浇注而成,具有优越的电气绝缘性能和良好的可靠性。针对全绝缘浇注母线在10 kV母线连接项目中的性能优势、技术优势等进行分析,通过与其他类型母线如共箱母线、小离相母线等优势进行比较,认为全绝缘浇注母线的主要缺点在于对绝缘材料技术及浇注工艺的要求较高。针对该问题,结合全绝缘浇注母线在10 kV母线连接项目中的应用进行了针对性处理与优化。The surface of the fully insulated cast busbar conductor is cast with a composite insulating material containing a variety of inorganic minerals,which has excellent electrical insulation performance and good reliability.The article analyzed the performance advantages and technical advantages of fully insulated cast busbars in 10 kV busbar connection projects,and compared with other types of busbars such as common box busbars and small phase-separated busbars.The requirements for insulating material technology and casting process were relatively high.In view of this problem,targeted treatment and optimization had been carried out in conjunction with the application of fully insulated cast busbars in 10 kV busbar connection projects.
