摘 要:某矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,掘进煤巷前需要采取局部防突措施。局部防突措施孔由人工使用气动手持式钻机施工,劳动强度高,且施工效率低,影响掘进进度。为了降低劳动强度、提高施工效率,使用CMM2-20型煤矿用液压锚杆钻车。介绍了试验过程,并将液压锚杆钻车与传统的气动手持式钻机的应用效果进行了对比。结果表明,使用液压锚杆钻车打钻的月进尺比原来提高了46%,效果明显,有一定的借鉴意义。A coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine.Local outburst prevention measures need to be taken before driving the coal roadway.The holes for local outburst prevention measures are constructed by manual use of gas hand-held drilling rig,with high labor intensity.And the construction efficiency is low,which affects the excavation progress.In order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the construction efficiency,the CMM2-20 hydraulic anchor drill for coal mine was used in practice.The test process was introduced,and the application results of the hydraulic anchor rod drill truck and the traditional pneumatic hand-held drill were compared.The comparison results showed that the monthly footage of drilling with hydraulic anchor rod drill truck is 46%higher than that of the original,and the effect is obvious,which has certain reference significance.
