摘 要:随钻测量系统在提升钻孔质量和效率方面发挥着重要作用。在分析随钻测量系统基本工作原理的基础上,对整体方案进行了设计,共包含孔内仪器和孔外仪器两大部分,两者通过设置在钻杆内部的电缆进行数据交互。系统中使用的控制器为STM32型单片机,6轴自由度传感器和3轴磁阻传感器的型号分别为ADIS16445和HMC5883L,具有优良的性能,测量精度高且高度集成。对测量系统的软件程序部分进行了简要的分析介绍。将随钻测量系统部署到工程实践中进行应用,取得了较好的效果,得到的测量结果具有很高的可重复性,且测量精度能够满足实际使用需要。The measurement while drilling system plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of drilling.Based on the analysis of the basic working principle of the measurement while drilling system,this paper designed the overall plan,which includes two parts:the in-hole instrument and the out-of-hole instrument,and the two exchange data through the cable set inside the drill pipe.The controller used in the system is the STM32 single-chip microcomputer.The models of the 6-axis degree of freedom sensor and the 3-axis magnetoresistive sensor are ADIS16445 and HMC5883L respectively,which have excellent performance,high measurement accuracy and high integration.The software program part of the measurement system was briefly analyzed and introduced.The measurement while drilling system was deployed to engineering practice for application,and it was found that very good results were achieved,the measurement results obtained have high repeatability,and the measurement accuracy can meet the needs of actual use.
