摘　　要：在当今存量发展的时代,对城市街道公共空间的研究越来越受到学界的广泛关注,探索其内在规律对提升城市空间品质、带动城市活力有着指导性的意义。但目前对城市街道公共空间的研究缺乏量化的数据支撑,对其品质和活力之间的关系和其影响因子缺乏定量的研究。该文以北京市展览路街道为例,利用大数据获取和计算各类影响街道公共空间品质和活力的影响因子,通过皮尔逊相关值分析方法,比较其对街道公共空间品质和活力影响的相关性,将各影响因子分类,最后分别比较其对不同类型的街道公共空间品质和活力的影响关系,以指导不同类型街道公共空间活力和品质的提升。In today’s era of stock development,the research on urban street public space has attracted more and more attention from the academic community.Exploring its internal law has guiding significance for improving the quality of urban space and driving urban vitality.At present,there is a lack of quantitative research on the impact of public factors on urban spatial quality.Taking Zhanlan road street in Beijing as an example,using big data we obtain and calculate various influencing factors affecting the quality and vitality of street public space,compare their correlation on the quality and vitality of street public space through Pearson correlation value analysis method,and classify each influencing factor,Finally,we compare their impact on the quality and vitality of different types of street public space,so as to guide the improvement of the vitality and quality of different types of street public space.
