摘  要:为提高天波雷达故障维修的有效性,在分析维修优先级评估准则的基础上,构建天波雷达维修优先级评估指标体系,并提出各评估指标量化模型.在确定评估指标权重时,采用博弈论的方法将层次分析法获得的主观权重和熵权法获得的客观权重优化组合,减小两种方法所得评估结果之间的偏差.实例评估结果表明,该评估方法具有更高的合理性和可信度.In order to improve the maintenance effectiveness of the sky wave OTHR,this paper is based on the analysis of the evaluation criterion of maintenance priority to construct the maintenance priority evaluation index system of sky wave radar,and also puts forward the quantitative model of each evaluation index.When determining the weight of evaluation index,the paper uses game theory to optimize and combine the subjective weight obtained by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and objective weight obtained by entropy weight method to reduce the deviation between the evaluation results obtained by the two methods.The evaluation result of an example shows that the proposed method is more reasonable and reliable.
