摘 要:为了降低天线批量测试成本,提出了一种低成本的球面多探头测量系统.相比于现在的测试系统,该系统探头阵列安装探头数量明显减少.通过运用多次过采样方法,仍然能够满足较大尺寸天线的测试需求,在测试成本与测试速度之间做出了优化选择.经过仿真验证与实际天线测试比对,验证了该系统的天线测量精度与天线测量速度,为多探头球面近场天线测量系统提供了一个低成本的设计思路.In order to reduce the cost of antenna batch test,this paper proposes a low-cost spherical multi-probe measuring system.Compared with the current test system,the number of probes installed in the probe array is significantly reduced.By applying multiple over-sampling method,the system can still meet the test requirements of large-size antennas,and an optimal choice is made between testing cost and testing speed.Through the simulation verification and the actual antenna test comparison,the paper verifies the antenna measurement accuracy and antenna measurement speed of the system.The proposed system provides a low-cost design idea for multi-probe spherical near-field antenna measuring system.
