摘 要:采用TiO_(2)粉、CaO和Al粉为原料,经混匀、压制和烧结后,制备出中间合金Al_(3)Ti相,利用XRD、SEM-EDS、XPS等手段,对反应后样品的物相组成、微观形貌和原子价态进行分析表征。结果表明,在烧结温度1400℃、烧结时间30 min、铝钛比1.3和钙铝比1.6的条件下,烧结产物主要物相为Al_(3)Ti、Al和CaAl_(2)O_(4),烧结产物形貌呈现相间分布,TiO_(2)存在逐级还原的现象,烧结法制备中间合金Al_(3)Ti相是可行的。Al_(3)Ti phase of intermediate alloy was prepared by mixing,pressing and sintering applying TiO_(2) powder,CaO and Al powder as raw materials.Phase composition,microstructure,and atomic valence state of samples were analyze and characterize by XRD,SEM-EDS,and XPS.The results show that Al_(3)Ti,Al and CaAl_(2)O_(4) are the main phases of the sintered products under the conditions including sintering temperature of 1400℃,sintering time of 30 min,ratio of Al to Ti of 1.3,and ratio of Ca to Al of 1.6.The morphology of the sintered products shows phase distribution,and TiO_(2) is reduced step by step.It is feasible to prepare Al_(3)Ti phase by sintering method.
