摘  要:针对异型玻璃器具难以清洗干净的问题,设计一种适用于各种形状的玻璃器具清洗装置,能够洗刷并烘干各种形状的玻璃器具。通过控制系统和传感器的配合实现对玻璃器具内壁和外壁各个部位冲洗的自由控制,通过SolidWorks对装置进行三维设计和运动仿真,并对可控六连杆机构进行运动分析计算,验证设计合理性。整个装置不需要工人手动操作,可以有效提高工作效率,经济实用,适合推广使用。For the defect of difficulty in cleaning glassware of different shapes,a glassware cleaning device suitable for various shapes of glassware was designed,which can wash and dry various shapes of glassware.Through the cooperation of the control system and the sensor,it can realize the free control of washing of the inner and outer walls of the glassware.The three-dimensional design and motion simulation of the device were carried out through SolidWorks,and the motion analysis and calculation of the controllable six-bar linkage were carried out to verify its design rationality.This device does not need manual operation by workers,and it can effectively improve working efficiency.It is economical and practical and is suitable for extensive use.
