摘　　要：针对片类产品包装生产线中需人工将装满纸盒的开口瓦楞纸箱折边、预封,将瓦楞纸箱推入贴胶条的纸箱打包机中的现状。利用SolidWorks建立纸箱预封装置三维模型,采用摆动导杆机构实现纸箱翻转。在ADAMS中对翻转机构进行优化设计,确定杆长的最优参数。搭建试验平台,试验结果证明纸箱预封装置设计合理,结构稳定。In view of the current situation that the open corrugated cartons still need to be manually folded and pre-sealed in the packaging line of sheet products,and finally be pushed into the carton packing machine affixed with adhesive strips,a threedimensional model of the carton pre-sealing device was built using Solidworks,and a swing guide rod mechanism was used to achieve carton flip,and the flip device was optimized in ADAMS to determine the optimum parameters for the rod length.the experimental platform was built and the test results prove that the carton pre-sealing device is reasonably designed and structurally stable.
