摘　　要：碳中和、碳达峰是我国当前及未来经济社会发展的核心要务,在此大背景下,现代煤化工产业应立足现有基础打造现代煤化工产业生态链提升产业竞争力。介绍了现代煤化工发展现状,分析了现代煤化工产业面临的挑战和机遇;研究发现,生态环境矛盾依然突出、生态环境约束持续加强、碳减排压力不断增加、石化产品市场供需变化加剧、市场竞争激烈、产品同质化低端化现象突出、煤化工企业经济效益欠佳、技术创新匮乏等因素,仍是制约现代煤化工产业高质量发展的主要瓶颈;亟需打造产业间融合发展、环境融合共生、产业链固碳循环、数字化赋能转型相结合的现代煤化工产业生态链。需重点布局煤制烯烃高端化产业链、煤制油精细化产业链、煤制乙二醇多元化产业链、氢能多联产产业链、煤制天然气产业链和低阶煤分质利用。Carbon neutrality and carbon peak is the core task of China's current and future economic and social development.Under the background,the modern coal chemical industry should base on the existing foundation and build the modern coal chemical industry ecological chain to enhance the industrial competitiveness.The development status of modern coal chemical industry is introduced,and the challenges and opportunities faced by modern coal chemical industry are analyzed.It is discovered by study that the ecological environment contradiction is still prominent,the ecological environment constraint and the pressure of carbon emission reduction continue to increase,the supply and demand of petrochemical products market change intensively,the market competition is fierce,the phenomenon of product homogeneity and low-end is prominent,the economic benefits and technological innovation of coal chemical enterprises are poor,which are still the main bottleneck factors restricting the high-quality development of modern coal chemical industry.It is urgent to build a modern coal chemical industry ecological chain that combines industry integration development,environmental integration and symbiosis,industrial chain carbon fixation cycle and digital empowerment transformation,and the high-end industrial chain of coal to olefins,the refined industrial chain of coal to oil,the diversified industrial chain of coal-based ethylene glycol,the multi-link industrial chain of hydrogen energy,the industrial chain of coal to natural gas and the grading utilization of low-rank coal need to be laid out.
