摘　　要：以煤为基础的化工产业是山东能源集团六大主导产业之一,为更好地推动“双碳”目标下煤化工产业向高端化、多元化、低碳化发展,加快推动现代煤化工全产业链模式升级,介绍了山东能源集团煤化工产业发展现状以及近年来煤化工领域依托企业、科研单位的主要技术成果及其应用情况,分析了山东能源集团煤化工发展过程中存在的主要问题。结合习近平总书记在陕西榆林“9·13”讲话精神,从“拓展产业链、提升价值链”“优化产业区域布局”和“科技研发与成果转化”3个方面阐述了山东能源集团“十四五”期间煤化工高端化、多元化、低碳化的发展路径,介绍了煤气化技术创新与集成、高端化煤化工产品开发、新能源技术、节能环保新技术等重大科研攻关方向,并为煤化工产业的高质量发展提出指导性建议。The coal-based chemical industry is one of the six leading industries of Shandong Energy Group,in order to promote the high-end,diversified and low-carbon development of the coal chemical industry and accelerate the upgrading of the whole industrial chain mode of modern coal chemical industry under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this paper introduces the development status of coal chemical industry in Shandong Energy Group and the main technical achievements and application of coal chemical industry in Shandong Energy Group relying on enterprises and scientific research institutes in recent years,and analyzes the main problems existing in the development process of coal chemical industry in Shandong Energy Group.Combined with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on September 13th,2021 in Yulin,Shaanxi,this paper expounds the high-end,diversified and low-carbon development path of Shandong Energy Group in coal chemical industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan from three aspects of expanding the industrial chain and enhancing the value chain,optimizing the industrial regional layout and scientific and technological research and development and achievement transformation,and introduces the key research directions of coal gasification technology innovation and integration,high-end coal chemical products development,new energy technology,new technology of energy conservation and environmental protection,which puts forward guiding suggestions for the high-quality development of coal chemical industry.
