摘  要:为了实现煤基混合碳四综合利用,提高2丙基庚醇(2 PH)产品收率,进一步提高混合碳四产品附加值,结合日常生产操作过程中数据收集及其分析,确定了影响2 PH产品收率的主要因素为羰基合成反应温度控制、缩合反应油水比控制和预精馏塔塔釜采出量控制。通过优化羰基合成反应温度、缩合反应油水比和预精馏塔塔釜采出等工艺控制条件,将2 PH产品年平均收率从85.47%提高到93.40%,超过了装置的最大设计收率(90.36%),年增加收益达1588万元。In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal-based mixed C4,improve the yield of 2 propyl heptanol(2 PH)and further increase the added value of mixed C4,combined with the daily production operation process data collection,summary and analysis,the main factors affecting the yield of 2 PH product are determined as the temperature control of carbonyl synthesis,the oil-water ratio control of condensation reaction and the recovery control of pre-distillation column kettle.The average annual yield of 2 PH product was increased from 85.47%to 93.40%by optimizing the conditions of carbonyl synthesis reaction temperature,oil-water ratio of condensation reaction and recovery of pre-distillation column kettle,which exceeds the maximum design yield of the device(90.36%),the annual increase in revenue reaches 15.88 million yuan.
