摘  要:降低煤气化变换工艺冷凝液汽提过程的蒸汽消耗以及冷凝液中氨氮含量,是煤化工生产必须解决的问题。简要介绍了煤气化变换工艺冷凝液汽提原理和汽提工艺流程,采用高闪气热量对变换高温冷凝液和低温冷凝液中的氨氮进行汽提处理,以降低气化凝液中的氨氮,并回收有效气。经过汽提处理后,高温冷凝液和低温冷凝液中氨氮明显降低,均在200 mg/L以下;蒸汽消耗量明显降低,处理1 t高、低温变换冷凝液,蒸汽消耗量为21.1 kg。To reduce the steam consumption and ammonia nitrogen content in the condensate stripping process of coal gasification conversion process is a problem to be solved in coal chemical production.This paper briefly introduces the stripping principle and process flow of the condensate of the coal gasification conversion process.The ammonia nitrogen in the high-temperature condensate and the low-temperature condensate of the conversion process is stripped with high flash gas heat to reduce the ammonia nitrogen in the gasification condensate and recover the effective gas.After the stripping treatment,the ammonia nitrogen in the high-temperature condensate and the low-temperature condensate decreased significantly,both below 200 mg/L;the steam consumption is significantly reduced,and the steam consumption is 21.1 kg for treating 1 t on high or low temperature conversion condensate.
