摘  要:为了解决腾晖煤业2#煤层由于前期私采乱挖导致的煤层破坏严重、巷道稳定性差、严重影响巷道掘进安全的现状,提出了一种新的掘进面过老空区综合支护技术方案,综合运用井下围岩注浆充填加固、过老空区快速支护技术,提高了巷道支护效率和安全性,巷道变形量降低46.7%,掘进效率由60~70 m/月提升至100 m/月以上。In order to solve the present situation of serious destruction of coal seam,poor stability of roadway and serious influence on roadway driving safety caused by early private mining and random excavation in the 2#coal seam of Tenghui Coal Industry,a new comprehensive support technical scheme of heading face passing through old goaf area is put forward.The comprehensive application of underground surrounding rock grouting reinforcement and rapid support technology through the old goaf area improves the roadway support efficiency and safety,and the roadway deformation is reduced by 46.7%.The tunneling efficiency is increased from 60-70 m/month to more than 100 m/month.
