摘 要:新良友煤矿11101综采工作面在回采过程中,受集中应力影响,工作面顺槽超前应力区段围岩出现严重变形,端头支架移架困难,威胁工作面安全回采。通过对顺槽段围岩变形机理以及原支护存在的问题分析,对超前应力区支护进行优化,提出液压伸缩梁钢棚支护。应用效果表明:该支护具有强度高、实用性强等优点,支护后顶板下沉量控制在0.13 m以下。In the mining process of the 11101 fully mechanized mining face in Xinliangyou Coal Mine,due to the influence of concentrated stress,the surrounding rock of the leading stress section of the working face channel is seriously deformed,and the end support is difficult to move,which threatens the safe mining of the working face.Based on the analysis of the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock along the channel section and the existing problems of the original support,the support in the leading stress section is optimized,and the hydraulic telescopic beam steel shed support is put forward.The application results show that the support has the advantages of high strength and strong practicability,and the roof subsidence after the support is controlled below 0.13 m.
