摘 要:针对韩家洼矿22401特厚煤层综放工作面临旧采空区回采巷道护巷煤柱宽度设计问题,结合弹塑性极限平衡耦合弹性核理论计算与有限差分数值模拟方法对22401回风顺槽护巷煤柱合理宽度进行了分析与研究。理论计算临空护巷煤柱合理宽度为18 m,通过数值计算分析了煤柱内部应力演化规律与塑性区分布特征,验证了理论计算结果的合理性,为22401工作面安全高效回采奠定基础。Aiming at the problem of protection roadway coal pillar width design near the old goaf area in the 22401 extra thick coal seam fully mechanized top coal caving face of Hanjiawa Coal Mine,combined with elastic-plastic limit equilibrium coupled elastic core theory calculation and finite difference numerical simulation method,the reasonable width of the 22401 return air channel protection roadway coal pillar is analyzed and studied.According to the theoretical calculation,the reasonable width of coal pillar for protecting roadway near the air is 18 m.The internal stress evolution law and plastic zone distribution characteristics of coal pillar are analyzed by numerical calculation,which verifies the rationality of theoretical calculation results and lays the foundation for safe and efficient mining of the 22401 working face.
