摘 要:店坪煤矿9#煤煤尘具有爆炸性,掘进工作面长期受到煤尘威胁,设计采用煤层分段注水+高压喷雾联合降尘技术,对降尘系统相关参数进行优化。采用分段注水+高压喷雾联合降尘技术后,距迎头15 m回风侧总粉尘、呼尘浓度分别为32.4 mg/m^(3)、7.9 mg/m^(3),降尘效率分别为94.4%、87.8%,掘进工作面粉尘浓度稳定在较低水平,取得了良好的除尘效果。The coal dust of the 9#coal in Dianping Coal Mine is explosive,and the heading face is threatened by coal dust for a long time.The design adopts the combined dust reduction technology of coal seam sectional water injection+high pressure spray to optimize the relevant parameters of the dust reduction system.After adopting the combined dust reduction technology of sectional water injection+high pressure spray,the total dust concentration and exhaled dust concentration on the return side 15 m away from the head-on are 32.4 mg/m^(3) and 7.9 mg/m^(3) respectively,the dust reduction efficiency is 94.4% and 87.8% respectively.The dust concentration in the heading face is stable at a low level,and a good dust removal effect has been achieved.
