液力耦合器在煤矿井下带式输送机的应用

摘　　要：针对杨柳煤矿10^(#)煤层大巷带式输送机的复杂工况,确定了可控启动/停机的方式,研究了液力传动的机理和福伊特TPKL阀控充液式调速型液力耦合器的结构,探讨了福伊特阀控充液式调速型650DTPKL液力耦合器在带式输送机运行中的性能及控制方法。该液力耦合器完全能实现带式输送机的运行安全,有效提高运输效率。In view of the complex working conditions of belt conveyor in the 10^(#)coal seam main roadway of Yangliu Coal Mine,the controllable start/stop mode is determined,the mechanism of hydraulic transmission and the structure of Voith TPKL valve controlled filling speed regulating hydraulic coupler are studied,the performance and control method of Voith valve controlled filling speed regulating 650DTPKL hydraulic coupler in belt conveyor operation are discussed.The hydraulic coupler can completely realize the safe operation of the belt conveyor and effectively improve the transportation efficiency.
