摘　　要：针对大倾角强力带式输送机输送带更换存在的施工难度大、施工时间长的难题,丰阳煤矿通过采用由强力带式输送机自身驱动装置提供动力带动新输送带,同时由绞车提供必要的拉力张紧并牵引需要更换的旧输送带的施工方法,杜绝了施工期间输送带因其自重大而产生下滑的可能性,极大地保证了施工安全,围绕该施工方法合理安排施工工序,大大缩短了整个施工工期。Aiming at the difficult problems of construction safety difficulty and long construction time in the replacement of large inclination angle strong belt conveyor belt,Fengyang Coal Mine drives the new conveyor belt by using the driving device of the powerful belt conveyor itself.At the same time,the winch provides the necessary tension and pulls the old conveyor belt which needs to be replaced,thus putting an end to the possibility that the conveyor belt slips because of its heavy weight during construction.It greatly ensures the construction safety,arranges the construction procedure reasonably around the construction method,and greatly shortens the whole construction period.
