浅析富水岩层条件下冻结内壁冻胀力变化规律及与冻结深度间关系

摘  要:为有效处理海子矿富水岩层在采用冻结法建井时出现的技术问题,对凿井过程中冻结内壁的冻胀力进行了现场实测。实测结果表明,冻结内壁的平均冻胀力与冻结深度之间几乎呈线性关系,同时发现冻结内壁冻胀力的发展变化过程大致分为快增过程、快降过程、缓增过程及稳定过程,不同过程呈现出不同的速率变化特性。In order to effectively deal with the technical problems occurred in the construction of wells by freezing method in the water rich rock of Haizi Mine,the frost heave force of the frozen inner wall in the process of shaft sinking was measured on site.The measured results show that the average frost heaving force of the frozen inner wall is almost linearly related to the freezing depth.At the same time,it is found that the development and change process of the frost heaving force of the frozen inner wall can be roughly divided into a rapid increase process,a rapid decrease process,a slow increase process and a stable process,and different processes show different rate change characteristics.
