摘　　要：龙堌煤矿磅房营销发运系统存在架构老旧、兼容性差、检斤效率低等缺陷,通过研究制定并实施了系统软硬件升级的自动化技术改造方案,使无人值守磅房自助取提煤卡、空重车检斤、打印票据全过程自动化得以解决,无人值守磅房检斤自动化、发运效率、信息化管理水平实现较大提高,经济社会效益明显。There are some defects in the marketing and transportation system of pound room in Longgu Coal Mine,such as outdated structure,poor compatibility and low efficiency of weighing inspection.Through the research,the automatic technical transformation scheme for upgrading the software and hardware of the system is formulated and implemented,so that the automation of the whole process of self-help picking up coal card,empty and heavy vehicle weighing inspection and printing bill in unattended weighing room can be solved,the automation of unattended room weighing inspection,transportation efficiency and information management level have been greatly improved,and the economic and social benefits are obvious.
