摘  要:本文研究了林木遗传育种中的非平衡、非规则的四阶巢式设计,采用分组随机区组的田间试验,获得的非平衡试验数据的方差分析方法,采用转化分析法的思想来构建统计分析的线性模型,以此为基础,进行了参试因子的平方和分解,推道了期望均方结构,计算了参试因子的自由度和方差分量的调节系数,进而推导了参试因子的F检验和遗传力的计算公式。这一研究结果可应用到林木选择育种中去。In this paper,non equilibrium data treatment method of the four-level nest design in forest genetic breeding by grouping randomized block test is studied.The linear model of statistical analysis is constructed with the idea of transformation analysis.On this basis,the sum of squares of the test factors was decomposed,the expected mean square structure was deduced,and the degree of freedom and the adjusting coefficient of variance component of the test factors were calculated,then the formula of F test and heritability of the tested factors were deduced.The results can be applied to selective breeding of forest trees.
