摘 要:近年来,樱桃枝干病害在山东省多个樱桃产区发病严重,导致樱桃树大面积死亡,樱桃产量和品质不断下降。目前,对于樱桃枝干病害病原未见报道。本文通过一系列实验研究,证实引起樱桃枝干病害的病原为越橘间座壳(Diaporthe vaccinii);同时,通过拮抗实验筛选到对该病害病原有高效抑制效果的荧光假单胞杆菌GH2-1,并进行大田试验;结果表明,荧光假单胞菌GH2-1液体制剂能够有效防治樱桃枝干病害发生,防治效果为74.3%;进一步说明荧光假单胞杆菌GH2-1在樱桃枝干病害防治中具有广泛应用前景。In recent years,cherry stem diseases have been seriously affected in many cherry producing areas in Shandong Province,resulting in the death of cherry trees in a large area and the decline of cherry yield and quality.At present,the pathogen of cherry branch and stem disease has not been reported.Through a series of experimental studies,it was confirmed that the pathogen causing cherry stem disease was Diaporthe vaccinii;At the same time,Pseudomonas fluorescens GH2-1 with high inhibitory effect on the pathogen of the disease was screened through antagonistic experiment,and field experiment was carried out;The results showed that the liquid preparation of Pseudomonas fluorescens GH2-1 could effectively control the occurrence of cherry stem diseases,and the control effect was 74.3%;It further shows that Pseudomonas fluorescens GH2-1 has a wide application prospect in the control of cherry stem diseases.
