摘　　要：以烟台市园林科研所引种的北美冬青‘奥斯特’为半木质化插穗来源,运用均匀设计研究IBA、NAA和IAA三种常用生长调节剂对扦插生根的影响。试验结果表明:3种生长调节剂均能显著或极显著的影响‘奥斯特’插穗生根,根据回归方程和试验范围得出IBA、NAA和IAA最佳浓度分别为1.00 g/L、0.469 g/L和1.00 g/L。Taking the Ilex verticillata‘Oosterwijk’introduced by Yantai Landscape Research Institute as the source of semilignified cuttings,the effects of three common growth regulators(IBA,NAA and IAA)on rooting were studied by Uniform Design.The test results showed that the three growth regulators could significantly affect the rooting index of‘Oosterwijk’cuttings.According to the regression equation and experimental range,the optimal concentrations of IBA,NAA and IAA were 1.00 g/L,0.469 g/L and 1.00 g/L.
