摘　　要：目的探讨尿液巨细胞病毒(HCMV)DNA检测和血清lgM抗体检测在婴儿巨细胞感染中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月于本院就诊的71例疑似巨细胞病毒感染的婴儿为研究对象,对患儿进行尿液巨细胞病毒DNA和血清lgM抗体检测,比较单独检测和联合检测对婴儿巨细胞病毒感染的诊断价值。结果71例患儿中,尿液HCMV-DNA的阳性率为39.44%(28/71),血清lgM抗体阳性率为45.07%,单独尿液巨细胞DNA检测和单独lgM抗体检测分别与联合检测相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于疑似HCMV感染的患儿,可考虑采集无创尿液进行HCMV-DNA检测筛查,必要时联合血清lgM抗体检测,互为补充,以防漏诊。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of urine cytomegalovirus(HCMV)DNA detection and serum lgM antibody detection in infants with giant cell infection.Methods A total of 71 infants suspected of CMV infection in Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Urine CMV DNA and serum lgM antibody were detected,and the diagnostic value of single detection and combined detection for CMV infection in infants was compared.Results The positive rate of urine HCMV DNA was 39.44%(28/71),and the positive rate of serum lgM antibody was 45.07%.There was no significant difference between urine DNA test alone and lgM test alone and combined test(P>0.05).Conclusion For children with suspected HCMV infection,non-invasive urine can be collected for HCMV-DNA screening,combined with serum lgM antibody detection when necessary to complement each other to prevent missed diagnosis.
