摘  要:井壁取心工艺主要包括旋转式井壁取心和撞击式井壁取心,撞击式井壁取心工艺的实现可采用手动控制方式或自动控制方式。为了提高井壁取心发射率和收获率,减少占井时间,减轻施工劳动强度,设计了自动控制方式的不停车跟踪点火井壁取心系统。介绍了该系统的结构、工作原理及流程;采用程序自动控制方法,实现了曲线跟踪、自动点火、自动换挡等功能;针对咸水钻井液,提出了可变电流式聚焦电位测井法。通过在辽河油田的应用表明,自动跟踪点火井壁取心系统具有跟踪层位准确、取心速度快的特点,是撞击式井壁取心工艺的优选方案,具有推广应用价值。Sidewall coring technology mainly includes rotary sidewall coring and percussion sidewall coring.The implementation of percussion sidewall coring technology can adopt manual control mode or automatic control mode.In order to improve the emission rate and harvest rate of sidewall coring,reduce the well occupation time and the construction labor intensity,an automatic control mode of non-stop tracking ignition sidewall coring system is designed.The structure,working principle and flow of the system are introduced.Using the method of program automatic control method,the functions of curve tracking,automatic ignition and automatic gear shifting are realized.A variable current focused potential logging method is proposed for salt water drilling fluid.The application in Liaohe oilfield shows that the automatic tracking ignition sidewall coring system has the characteristics of accurate horizon tracking and fast coring speed.It is the optimal scheme of percussion sidewall coring technology,and has the value of popularization and application.
