摘 要:低落物射孔技术是指射孔后产生的破片不落入井筒、或少量落入井筒内的射孔完井技术。针对低落物射孔技术的要求,采用复合材料制作多层弹壳,通过射孔弹侵彻性能试验和114型射孔枪碎屑收集试验进行对比验证,并进行现场应用。结果显示:低落物射孔弹装配整支射孔枪起爆后的碎屑、运输和旋转时掉出的碎屑质量和为330 g,而常规射孔弹装配整支射孔枪起爆后的碎屑、运输和旋转时掉出的碎屑质量和为2708 g,低落物射孔弹整枪掉落碎屑质量占常规射孔弹整枪掉落碎屑质量的12.2%;同时低落物射孔弹的穿孔性能与常规射孔弹穿孔性能相当。现场应用表明,装配低落物射孔弹的4.2 m射孔器起爆后掉入井下的碎屑质量为0.1 kg,仅为常规射孔器的0.45%。低落物射孔技术能大幅度降低作业风险的发生概率,为后续海上射孔完井作业提供参考。Low falling objects perforation technology refers to the perforating completion technology in which fragments generated after perforation do not fall into the wellbore or only a small amount falls into the wellbore.According to the requirements of low falling objects perforation technology,composite materials are used to make multi-layer shells,and the penetration performance test of perforating charges and the debris collection test of type 114 perforation gun are compared and verified.Finally,these shells are applied at the well site.The results show that the total mass of debris dropped by low material perforation charges after assembling the whole gun is 330 g,while the total mass of debris dropped by conventional gun after assembling the whole gun is 2708 g.The total mass of debris dropped by low falling objects perforation charges account for 12.2%of the total mass of debris dropped by conventional gun.Meanwhile,the perforation performance of low falling objects perforating charges is comparable to that of conventional perforating charges.The field application show that the 4.2 meter perforator with low falling objects perforating charge drop 0.1 kg of debris into the hole,which is 0.45%of that of a conventional perforator.Low falling objects perforation technology can significantly reduce the risk of operation and provide a reference for subsequent offshore perforation completions operations.
