摘  要:随着大型高速冲压技术的推广、冲压专用搬运设备的开发以及数字化样机的提出与应用,大型高速冲压线在国内得到快速普及推广。目前主机厂新增冲压设备中,高速冲压生产线占据大部分。因此,减少高速冲压线调试时间,实现其快速投入应用成为主机厂最为迫切的需求。基于数字化样机的大型高速冲压线离线配方生成技术,可指导模具设计优化、生产节拍评估;可在离线条件下,对整线送料装置轨迹及整线相位的评估规划,生成该模具对应的离线配方,该配方适用于总控台控制程序,可大幅减少调试时间,间接提高调试的安全性。掌握离线配方生成技术,对于目前处于激烈竞争的主机厂,可有效指导模具设计,缩短模具开发周期,压缩模具调试时间,提高生产节拍。Thanks to the promotion of large-scale high-speed stamping technology, the development of special handling equipment for stamping, and the proposal and application of digital prototypes, large-scale high-speed stamping lines have been rapidly popularized and promoted in China. In view of the fact that high-speed stamping production lines occupy most of the newly added stamping equipment in OEMs, in order to realize the rapid application of high-speed stamping lines, reducing equipment debugging time has become the most urgent requirement of OEMs. The offline recipe generation technology for large-scale high-speed stamping lines based on digital prototypes can guide die design optimization and production takt evaluation.The formula is suitable for the master console control program, which can greatly reduce the debugging time and indirectly improve the safety of debugging. Mastering the offline formula generation technology has the following advantages for the OEMs currently in fierce competition: effectively guiding the die design, shortening the die development cycle, compressing the die debugging time, and improving the production cycle.
