摘 要:针对大型锻压装备智能化远程运维的需求,设计了基于云边协同的大型锻压装备远程运维系统,从系统的整体架构、信息交互、功能设计等方面进行了详细阐述。面对数据对象的时间精度要求、数据价值等级不均等特征,采用一般数据采集和高速采集相结合的方式获取现场多源异构数据,实现对数据对象的监控,做到及时发现并响应生产异常;通过工业知识库沉淀行业规则、常识、经验、案例,长期积累有效数据,利用行业装备专家的碎片化时间远程完善机理模型,建立工业专家库,及时发现数据异常并推荐最优解决方案,快速恢复生产。经多个项目验证,大型锻压装备远程运维系统的应用,能够有效加快锻造装备运维服务响应速度,提高装备生产质量和生产效率、减少设备故障发生时间和运维成本,整体提高锻压生产线智能化制造水平。Aiming at the needs of intelligent remote operation and maintenance of large-scale forging equipment, a remote operation and maintenance system for large-scale forging equipment based on cloud-edge collaboration has been designed. Because of the time accuracy requirements of data objects and the uneven data value level, a combination of general data collection and high-speed collection has been used to obtain on-site multi-source heterogeneous data, to monitor data objects, and to detect and respond to production anomalies in a timely manner;the industry rules, common sense, experience, and cases have been precipitated through the industrial knowledge base while the effective data has been accumulated for a long time. The fragmented time of industry equipment experts has been used to remotely improve the mechanism model, establish an industrial expert database, detect data anomalies in time and recommend optimal solutions, and quickly resume production. It has been verified by multiple projects that the application of the remote operation and maintenance system for large-scale forging equipment can effectively speed up the response speed of forging equipment operation and maintenance services, improve equipment production quality & efficiency, reduce equipment failure time & operation & maintenance costs, and improve the intelligent manufacturing level of the overall forging production line.
