摘　　要：钢材分条自动打包线是一种适用于加工冷轧和热轧碳钢、硅钢、马口铁、不锈钢及表面涂镀后的各类金属卷板的设备,用于配送中心、钢厂、家电设备、开关电气等领域。本文通过对钢材自动打包线各模块功能的分析,阐述了钢材自动打包线整体工艺流程及核心关键技术研究。Steel slitting automatic packing line is a kind of equipment suitable for processing various types of metal coils of cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and surface coated metal. It is used in distribution centers, steel mills, home appliances, switch electrical and other fields.Through the analysis of the functions of each module of the steel automatic packing line, the overall technological process and the core key technology research of the automatic steel packing line has been expounded.
