摘 要:针对螺杆及螺纹套采用人工扳动研磨的现状,为降低劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,采用一种机械研磨方式,用机械传动替代人工,工人只需装卸工件,大大降低了劳动强度,同时由机械匀速研磨,提高生产效率的同时保证了研磨效果。In view of the current screw and thread sleeve which use manual pulling and grinding, in order to reduce labor intensity and improve labor intensity, a mechanical grinding method has been adopted, which replaces manual labor with mechanical transmission. The workers only need to load and unload the workpiece, which greatly reduces the labor intensity. Meanwhile the mechanical uniform grinding improves production efficiency and ensures grinding effect.
