摘 要:为研究汽车后围板成形工艺质量,提高汽车覆盖件模具设计效率,引入Dynaform有限元软件对产品成形过程进行数值模拟仿真,对产品毛坯尺寸、冲压方向、工艺补充面、压边力、拉深筋和模具结构对产品成形质量和回弹大小进行研究,确定影响其拉深成形质量的关键工艺参数。通过模拟结果的研究分析,确定产品成形所需最优工艺过程、技术参数和模具结构,冲压出符合质量要求的产品。实验结果表明:压边力的大小、拉深筋的形状和位置、模具结构的设计对汽车后围板的成形质量有显著影响,选择合理冲压工艺参数可以实现较好的产品成形质量,减少模具开发时间,降低模具成本。In order to study the quality of the forming process of the automobile rear panel and improve the design efficiency of the automobile panel mold. The Dynaform finite element software has been introduced to simulate the forming process of the product, while the influence of product blank size, stamping direction,process supplementary surface, blank holder force, drawing rib and die structure on the product forming quality and springback have been studied to determine the optimal process, technical parameters and die structure. Finally the products which meet the quality requirements have been produced. The experimental results show that the size of the blank holder force, the shape and position of the drawing rib, and the design of the die structure have a significant impact on the forming quality of the automobile rear panel.Selecting reasonable stamping process parameters can achieve better product forming quality, which reduces the development time and cost of the die.
